• Riverside Green Builder
  Riverside Green Builder is a voluntary program. RGB is based on the California Green Builder Program that is recognized by California Public Utilities Commission, the California Energy Commission and California League of Cities, and is the largest residential green builder program in California. • CEEP
  The Community Energy Efficient Program encourages residential building practices that conserve energy and resources while improving government services and the economy. 

• SHIP
  The Smart Home Infrastructure Program creates incentives for homebuilders to pre-wire homes to accommodate future technologies.
