The Local History Resource Center is dedicated to the acquisition and preservation of all types of materials related to the history of Riverside within its regional context. The Local History collections are used for research, educational purposes, and exhibition.

The majority of our local history resources are available to the public during library hours. However, due to the fragile nature of our special collections, library patrons must schedule an appointment with the Local History Supervisor if they wish to view the processed collections.
