The Public Works Traffic Engineering Section will evaluate the situation to determine the need for a guardrail and to arrange the installation if one is needed. Please contact Traffic Engineering directly at (951) 826-5366 to request more information.

Requests to repair damaged guardrails or replace missing guardrails can be made by contacting the (dial 311).

Please be prepared to provide location information and any known details regarding how the guardrail sustained damage or was removed. The Public Works Street Services Division will inspect the location and make any necessary repairs or replacements.
